False Testimony - Perjury
Claimed that there had never been a Skull Fracture Diagnosis despite that being listed:
- The ONLY thing listed as "Primary Problem" in the medical records under admittance to the Hospital which showed: "Primary Problem: Fracture* of Parietal Bone of the Skull",
- Skull Fracture* was listed on the Intake from Law Enforcement to CPS
- Skull Fracture* was listed on the intake from the Hospital to CPS
- Skull Fracture* was the ONLY injury mentioned in the call from the Hospital to Law Enforcement
- Skull Fracture* is mentioned in Ashley Pacheco's CPS log of conversation with Maternal Grandmother on 10/4
- Skull Fracture* is mentioned at the beginning of Lamb's report as the reason for her Child Abuse Evaluation
- Skull Fracture* is reported to in an email to the Family's employer from CPS the morning of 10/4

False Testimony - Perjury
Claimed to see a forehead bruise half the length of the skull in her examination on Winona despite:
- Her initial report shows it was gone.
- DCYF staff describing it as both gone and "disappeared overnight from Wednesday to Thursday"
- She was asked 4 times over the course of 19 days and despite it being the most prominent injury mentioned beside the skull fracture and the only one that would require an accidental explanation that was provided, and knowing that a skull fracture diagnosis had been made and determined to be a mistake, she still did not answer the emails.
- Writing the strange statement in her report that it the mother told her it had mostly disappeared by 10/5 (the day of Lamb's exam)
- DCYF Staff reporting it as faint on Wednesday and barely visible on Thursday
- Family having photos and video before and immediately after Lamb's exam showing no visible bruise
- Family having photo of Winona leaving the hospital in her car seat with no visible bruise.
- Grandmother showing up after work at 2:30 PM on Thursday, the day of Lamb's exam seeing no bruise, then texting "Did you take pics of Winnie today? Zero Visible bruise!
False Testimony - Perjury
Claiming that the only changes she made to her report were to add an addendum about a follow up Doctor Visit and a Skeletal survey when she actually changed what she called typos and omissions:
-changing dates of a doctor visit and "injury" that she included in her report that were weeks before Winona was born and prvided the only evidence to support her false claim that there were multiple injuries over "many dates and times"
-to add a bruise on to a diagram that did not have a bruise marked on it because it was gone as she reported initially. She added this 19 days after her original report was submitted 23 minutes after learning there was no skull fracture.
False Testimony - Perjury
Claiming that a Study called "Those Who Don't Cruise Don't Bruise" supported her claim that it is impossible for an infant to have an accidental two day bruise occur due to gravity by lifting their head up briefly
