Mary Bridge was warned about Dr. Lamb by the Thigpen family in October 2023. The information provided should have caused an immediate termination of employment. Yet they continued to employ her where she continued to harm the Thigpen family with her falsehoods, errors, negligence and timeliness issues. She harmed other children and families at Mary Bridge as well.

As of November 2024, Lamb no longer works for Multicare / Mary Bridge.

Rumors abound in the community.

The public and those harmed have a right to transparency. 

If Leaders are aware of issues with Dr. Lamb's work and they do not report it, they must be personally held liable for the continued harm to families. Withholding knowledge of medical wrongdoing could potentially be criminal negligence.
