2025 Goals

  • Identify the party that wrote the falsified Dependency Petition and seek criminal charges for fraud to the court.

  • Document and communicate with the Pierce County Sheriff the testimony of Dr. Lamb about the Investigating Detective, and the closing comments made by the Assistant Attorney General suggesting the Detective was impacted by "privilege" when the AAG did not even appear to know that there had been a skull fracture diagnosed and recorded in both intake, the police record and the referring Doctor specifically only identified the fake skull fracture as not have an explanation. This was a huge insult to both Judge Clarence Henderson and the Pierce County Sheriff Department. The Detective was competent. Dr. Lamb and the Assistant Attorney General who made that unfounded comment were not.

  • Criminal Prosecution of Dr. Lamb and the other supporting persons that colluded with her, committed perjury in court or in court documents, or neglected their duties as mandated reporters to report her, and caused harm to children in our community.

  • Staffing Changes at DCYF to terminate employment of staff that perjure, obfuscate, falsify, do a severely inadequate job investigating, falsify to their Administrators and do not protect children from harm. Encourage implementation of policies and procedures that will be a new expectation of ethics and accuracy among DCYF staff, and streamlining of procedures to make those that work have greater job satisfaction.

  • Begin the process through a non-profit of annual auditing of the work of all Washington State Child Abuse Pediatricians and DCYF to identify areas of financial waste, anomalies of data, systems investigative failures that harm the State Taxpayer, and children.

  • Publish statistics about all Child Abuse Pediatricians, State Laws, Child Abuse Research that is often misused and misquoted by Child Abuse Pediatricians, with links to support groups for Child Abuse Pediatricians and facilities that are negligent, criminal or harm children.

    2026 Goals

  • Legislative Changes to bring about fair and competent Child Abuse Investigations that:-Provide truthful information to families that are under investigation so that they can have opportunities to prove their innocence.

  • Provide adequate documentation for firm prosecution of those that abuse children. This is not happening at Mary Bridge Hospital, nor in cases involving Washington State DCYF.

  • Elimination of financial incentives to Medical Entities and DCYF personnel to falsely accuse families or ignore or hide exonerating information and to falsify or misrepresent conversations.

  • Continue and intensify the process through a non-profit of annual auditing of the work of all Washington State Child Abuse Pediatricians and DCYF to identify areas of financial waste, anomalies of data, systems investigative failures that harm the State Taxpayer, and children.
